What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as Scrum Master across multiple cross-functional Agile teams, coaching on Scrum, Lean, and Agile best practices
- Drive delivery performance using flow-based metrics and facilitate continuous improvement conversations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Support cross-team planning, dependency tracking, and alignment with Product, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure teams can focus on delivery and performance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Proven experience supporting multiple teams in enterprise or scaled Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
- Experience using metrics to drive delivery improvement and working in transformation or evolving Agile environments
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience supporting cloud, DevOps, or data platform teams
- Familiarity with test automation, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices
- Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PSM, etc.)
- Strong interest or experience in AI-enabled workflows and tools
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne
