They are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can build brands from scratch, run content strategies, and manage the creative process across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Responsibilities

- Direct the creator
- Stay on top of trends
- Run the pipeline
- Hire and manage editors
- Get it out the door
- Watch the numbers
- Make it better over time
Skills
- You have taste and you can prove it
- Point us to accounts you've grown or content you've made
- You don't post just to post
- You know what works and you can tell us why
- You've built or run organic for a personal brand before, ideally one you took from a small start
- You're an operator
- The clean look comes from a system you built, not from getting lucky
- You can hire and manage people without someone holding your hand
- You're fine owning a number and reporting on it
- You work fast
- If you've spent your career running someone else's playbook, this probably isn't for you
- We want the person who writes the playbook
- You've worked in the info or education space
- You've grown an account from scratch
- You can write copy or you know direct response
- You're comfortable with the tools that keep a content team organized
