[Remote] Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Ven Soft LLC is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support of the Oracle Payroll module.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Payroll
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, elements, balances, fast formulas, and payroll processes
- Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to implement payroll solutions
- Support Payroll integrations with other systems
- Participate in SIT, UAT, and Payroll parallel runs
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional support
- Prepare functional documents and training materials
- Support production payroll and post-go-live activities
Skills
- 15+ years of Oracle HCM experience
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
- Experience in Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, Elements, and Balances
- Experience in implementation or support projects
- Good understanding of HR and Payroll business processes
- Experience with integrations and data migration
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification
- Experience with Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor
- Good communication and client-facing skills
