[Remote] Sr. Software Engineer (Remote)

Inspira Financial is seeking talented Senior Software Engineers who can create complex .NET back-end solutions and scalable user experiences. The role involves collaborating with a cross-functional, DevOps based, Agile team responsible for the entire product development life cycle, focusing on delivering innovative products and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects with a high level of ownership and accountability from design through delivery
- Work independently while demonstrating engagement, initiative and proactive problem-solving
- Engage deeply with team goals, contributing ideas and improvements beyond assigned tasks
- Uphold integrity and responsibility in all aspects of software development and collaboration
- Collaborating with Users, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to foster ideation and deliver cutting-edge software solutions. Strong communication skills
- Lead and participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and driving consistent high quality software development
- Lead and participate in the documenting of software programs with flowcharts, layouts, charts, diagrams and other documentation
- Employing and coaching engineers on a Test First and Acceptance Criteria Driven approaches to continuously test and deliver high-quality software
- Deep experience in designing and developing .NET back-end and front-end solutions while adhering to industry best practices and standards
- Ensuring solutions meet non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability
- Lead and participate in code reviews & ensuring alignment with coding/design best practices
- Working in a collaborative team environment with other engineers, providing advice, coaching, and insights to peers on software
- Actively pursuing continuous professional growth by staying updated on new development tools, programming techniques, and best practices. Engaging in educational opportunities, keeping informed through professional publications, nurturing personal and professional networks, and actively participating in relevant professional organizations
Skills
- Expertise in both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries
- Strong communication skills
