[Remote] Sr. Workday Certified Financials Lead Consultant

Active Cyber is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Workday Certified Financials Lead Consultant with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. The role involves architecting, configuring, and optimizing Workday Financials solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and optimize Workday Financials solutions tailored to healthcare organizations
- Ensure alignment of Workday Financials implementations with healthcare operational and regulatory requirements
- Lead end-to-end implementation efforts, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday Financials with other systems and data sources
- Provide expert guidance on Financial Data Model (FDM) and accounting best practices within Workday
- Support and mentor junior consultants and client teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex financial system issues
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience, preferably in healthcare
- Certified in Workday Record to Report and Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM)
- Deep expertise in Financial Data Model (FDM) and Accounting within Workday Financials
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations and regulatory compliance
- Experience with Workday integrations, Prism Analytics, or Adaptive Planning is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations with Workday Financials implementations
- Knowledge of healthcare-specific financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning tools
