[Remote] Staff Full Stack Engineer, Mobile Platform

They are seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to drive the technical development of their mobile application builder and ensure seamless deployment to app stores.
Responsibilities
- Drive design and implementation of our Mobile application builder
- Architect deployment pipelines for seamless publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play, integrating with Bubble’s existing infrastructure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across web and mobile
- Mentor and coach engineers to improve their technical skills and leadership
- Partner directly with executive leadership to define roadmaps, inform and commit to priorities, and execute effectively
Skills
- 8+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, preferably at high-growth startups
- Experience leading projects and designing technical solutions
- Strong coding skills and the ability to mentor other engineers
- Excellent communication skills

- Exposure to building with React Native (expertise preferred, but not required!)
