[Remote] Staffing and Resource Forecasting Analyst

The Staffing and Resource Forecasting Analyst is responsible for improving organizational efficiency through data analysis and documentation, while supporting decision-making processes across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and perform basic analysis of data from various sources to identify trends and support decision-making processes
- Assist in evaluating existing operational processes by providing data and analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain and update reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the management team
- Consult with different departments to gather data and provide support for understanding operational challenges
- Document operational processes, workflows, and improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 of Relevant Work Experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
