[Remote] Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect for Healthcare

LearningMate is seeking a strategic Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and maintain high-quality curriculum content focused on agentic AI solutions for healthcare. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between AI theory and practical application, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while designing effective educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate existing JTA documents to ensure every learning objective maps to industry tasks for healthcare AI solution architects
- Assess the course against Coursera’s IDT Framework, ensuring the curriculum focuses on essential areas like AI agent strategy and healthcare business process optimization
- Critically review the Program Architecture and Coursera-created Course Outline to ensure technical feasibility and clinical relevance
- Author high-fidelity scripts and materials covering AI-driven healthcare solutions, architecture frameworks, and implementation best practices
- Develop specific cases such as patient scheduling agents, clinical documentation assistants, and prior authorization automation
- Architect hands-on labs providing students with experience in healthcare AI agent development within Azure sandbox constraints
- Provide exhaustive, line-by-line Atlas Commentary, reviewing technical logic and pedagogical flow for every storyboard
- Proactively suggest pedagogical shifts or additions to increase real-world applicability in healthcare settings
- Support the creation of videos and slide decks demonstrating practical AI architectures
- Develop datasets and templates for simulated healthcare projects that reinforce essential skills in designing AI solutions
- Perform on-screen or voice-over reviews to ensure code execution matches visual aids
- Design knowledge checks, exams, and case scenarios that evaluate comprehension of Azure AI services
- Lead the design of a robust Capstone project where learners build an end-to-end healthcare agent solution architecture, including rubrics and solution keys
- Complete all activities as a learner to document friction points and verify UI references in Copilot Studio and Azure
- Provide troubleshooting guides for instructional designers when platform updates affect lab instructions
Skills
- MS/PhD in Health Informatics, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems (Bachelor's with 12+ years experience considered)
- 8-12+ years in healthcare IT/AI, with 3+ years specifically in Microsoft Agentic AI technologies
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
