[Remote] System Analyst (Healthcare)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Concentrix is a global technology and services leader that powers the world’s best brands. They are currently hiring a Systems Analyst with experience in healthcare payer systems and HL7 FHIR interoperability, responsible for translating regulatory and business requirements into technical solutions and supporting CMS interoperability programs.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business/regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Assess current-state applications, integrations, and data flows against CMS-0057 interoperability compliance requirements, identify gaps, and recommend remediation strategies
- Design and document APIs, integrations, and data mappings (FHIR)
- Support CMS interoperability programs (PAS, CRD, DTR, etc.)
- Collaborate with developers using C#, Azure, REST APIs
- Work in Agile using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Skills
- 5+ years IT experience
- 3+ years in healthcare interoperability or payer systems
- Experience with HL7 FHIR (R4) and healthcare interoperability
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, REST APIs
- Hands-on with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, APIM)
- Experience with ADO and Git
- Healthcare payer domain knowledge (claims, prior auth)
- CMS interoperability mandates (Payer-to-Payer, Member Access)
- SMART on FHIR / OAuth2
- Azure integration tools or FHIR servers
