Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions that matter. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer support inquiries with empathy, patience, and professionalism, following established call flow guidelines and troubleshooting protocols
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, mobile devices, computers, tablets, smartwatches, and other consumer electronics
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving customer information, interaction history, and resolution details in our comprehensive database systems
  • Maintaining broad and current knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, wearable technology, and associated software applications
  • Identifying opportunities to educate customers about additional products, services, and features that may enhance their user experience
  • Delivering expert customer interactions that consistently exceed expectations, creating positive memorable experiences with every interaction
  • Escalating complex technical issues to appropriate specialized teams while providing thorough documentation of the problem and initial troubleshooting steps taken
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and quality assurance reviews to continuously improve performance and product knowledge
