[Remote] Temporary Healthcare IT Analyst

They are currently recruiting for an Analyst to join their Digital Solutions Healthcare team, where the role involves creating and managing documentation for healthcare applications and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage documentation for healthcare applications, technical workflows, and operational processes
• Collaborate with healthcare SMEs, IT teams, and Community Connect teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
• Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly materials to support system transitions and workflow optimization
• Track project deliverables and timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
• Build strong internal and external relationships to support collaboration and project success

Skills

• Strong understanding of healthcare applications and healthcare network terminology
• Knowledge of clinical and/or business workflows within a healthcare provider environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within established timelines
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree may be accepted
