[Remote] Territory Account Manager - Indianapolis

As a Territory Account Manager, you will drive sales and maintain strong relationships with clients while supporting the roll-out of innovative products in oncology and rare diseases.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our radiopharmaceutical products
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
  • Keep abreast of changes in industry regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

Skills

  • 4 year degree from an accredited university resulting in a BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic settings
  • Demonstrated experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes
  • Skilled in developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate goals
  • Experienced in project management, including budgeting, contracting, and timeline management
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex clinical or technical information
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven team player
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically

  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales strongly preferred
