Through a rigorous approach, you will lead projects through the entire ADDIE development cycle, ensuring that our training efforts are aligned with business objectives.   • Assessing and addressing employee training needs through collaboration with management and subject-matter experts.
  • Designing and developing engaging online courses, explainer videos, and learning materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to support learners effectively.
  • Leading projects through the ADDIE development cycle from conception to implementation.
  • Creating polished final deliverables that adhere to brand guidelines and visual communication principles.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team of instructional designers, providing and incorporating constructive feedback.
  • Gathering and analyzing data and feedback to continuously improve learning solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or relevant discipline.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development software (e.g., Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline).
  • Experience working with complex technical content.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to project timelines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
