[Remote] Travel Healthcare Recruiter

Pioneer Healthcare Services is a premier healthcare staffing firm dedicated to connecting top-tier professionals with exciting opportunities in both school and medical settings across the U.S. They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Travel Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and secure qualified candidates while building strong relationships with them throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Servicing an existing client base
• Creating and posting job ads in specialized media
• Receiving applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, and creating shortlists
• Presenting candidate submissions and shortlists to our Account Managers
• Maintaining and growing a candidate lead database

Skills

• Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruiting role, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry
• Knowledge of healthcare roles, specialties, certifications, and licensing requirements is highly desirable
• Knowledge and management of selection, interview, assessment, and submission process
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract and engage passive candidates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in recruitment practices
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
