[Remote] UX Designer 3
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. WEX Inc is seeking an autonomous, outcome-driven UX Designer (Level 3) to join their product squad dedicated to the 10-4 mobile app. The role involves designing intuitive mobile experiences for AI-driven capabilities and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Partner with your PM and Tech Lead to discover and execute high-impact mobile UI/UX solutions
- Utilize AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate discovery and create user patterns optimized for autonomous and agentic app features
- Own the mobile user journey from initial wireframes and interactive coded prototypes to high-fidelity components and developer handoff
- Embrace a culture of fast experimentation, leveraging modern tools and learn quickly from real user data
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Senior experience in marketing automation and personalization development, with demonstrated success
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools, plus Mobile-first design principles
- Wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and behavioral psychology
- Proven Mobile End-to-End Experience: You have a portfolio demonstrating native mobile app designs (iOS/Android) that you owned from initial discovery to deployment
- AI-Forward Mindset: You are already experimenting with or implementing AI tools in your daily design/prototyping workflows, or you have experience designing UX for AI/autonomous features
- Autonomy & Protagonist: You don't wait for a ticket to be assigned. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving stakeholder alignment, and working at a fast pace. Highly Collaborative, Transparent & Outcome-Driven
