[Remote] UX Designer, Financial Services
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is seeking a UX Designer for a project-based role in the financial services sector. The role involves redesigning product pages and improving customer experience through usability research and user testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end redesign of product pages
- Conduct usability research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Analyze competitive sets and industry best practices to inform design decisions
- Plan, execute, and synthesize user testing to validate concepts and optimize experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions
Skills
- 5+ years of UX design and user-centered design methodologies
- Strong background in usability research, competitive analysis, and user testing
- Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa such as a H-1B, TN, or O visa
- Must be physically located in and perform the work for our client in the United States
- Financial services experience is a major plus
