- Conducting UX research
- Writing technical documents
- Collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience through well-crafted content
Skills
- Proficiency in Technical Writing and User Experience Writing
- Experience in UX Research and developing Content Strategy
- Strong Writing skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Prefer Squarespace experience
- Passion for education and community service is a plus
- Previous experience in non-profit organizations is advantageous
