[Remote] UX/UI Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Base360.ai is the AI operating system for B2C brands, and they are seeking a world-class UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and high-converting product and marketing experiences. The role involves designing features, creating marketing assets, and maintaining a design system while collaborating with the CEO, product managers, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma
- Build conversion-focused landing pages for product launches and campaigns
- Ensure a consistent visual language across all product modules and touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
- Maintain and expand our design system and component library
Skills
- Experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Ability to translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Experience in creating marketing assets including landing pages and product pages
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Experience in maintaining and expanding design systems and component libraries
- Strong communication skills to work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers
