Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a UX/UI Expert to design user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces while ensuring designs meet accessibility standards and usability principles.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, usability principles, and brand guidelines
- Iterate on designs based on user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback
- Advocate for user needs while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and performance
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, especially in AI-driven products
- Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
- Strong experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
