[Remote] Vice President, Business Development

They are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to manage and direct sales efforts, leveraging a strong network to meet strategic organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Managing and directing the development and sales efforts
- Sourcing, planning, organizing, and executing on sales
- Sourcing new and expanding current contracting opportunities
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related educational field is required
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of marketing or sales operational experience with at least five (5) of those years in direct government contracting experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives within identified deadlines
- Strong presentation skills are required as is ability to interact at a level of proficiency in the English language
- Ability to travel as needed for business meetings, conferences, customer contact, etc. is required
- MBA is preferred
- If you have experience with 8(a) or IDIQ contracts, that would be the best!
- Use of MS Office including WORD, PPT, Teams and Excel at the advanced level is preferred
