[Remote] Vice President of Operations- Clinical Intelligence

The Vice President of Operations for Clinical Intelligence is responsible for translating strategy into disciplined execution across the organization, ensuring operational readiness, efficiency, and accountability in delivering services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operating rhythm of the Clinical Intelligence business
- Lead weekly execution reviews, operational dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Ensure priorities are clearly defined, resourced, and delivered on time
- Translate GM priorities into executable plans with clear owners and milestones
- Own CI delivery operations across customers and products
- Standardize processes across MD Portals, Curation, CGMA, and CLEAN
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, rework, and inefficiencies
- Ensure operational readiness for new clients, expansions, and product launches
- Serve as the execution bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations
- Partner closely with Product to ensure roadmap feasibility and delivery readiness
- Align Sales commitments with operational and delivery realities
- Drive tighter handoffs across pre-sale, implementation, and ongoing delivery
- Support GM to: Improve delivery economics and gross margin
- Work with GM to track operational KPIs tied to ARR, cost-to-serve, and utilization
- Support pricing discipline through operational cost transparency
- Deliver on all financial commitment for the segment
- Ensure operational data is accurate, timely, and decision-ready
- Own execution of high-priority CI initiatives including: Operating model unification across acquisitions
- Tooling, automation, and workflow improvements
- EMR / EHR integration execution support
- Client remediation and stabilization efforts
- Lead CI operations and delivery leaders with clear expectations and accountability
- Reinforce a culture of ownership, follow-through, and continuous improvement
- Identify skill gaps, capacity constraints, and organizational risks
- Support talent development and succession within CI operations
Skills
- Deep institutional knowledge of Reveleer's Clinical Intelligence domain and technology stack
- Experience in operational leadership roles, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Proven track record of translating strategy into disciplined execution across people, process, and delivery
- Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Operations
- Experience in financial and performance management, including tracking operational KPIs
- Ability to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, rework, and inefficiencies
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement
- Experience in managing delivery operations across multiple customers and products
- Ability to support talent development and succession planning within operations
- Experience with EMR/EHR integration
- Familiarity with risk adjustment and quality improvement processes
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Knowledge of operational cost transparency and pricing discipline
