[Remote] Vice President of Product Management

As the VP of Product Management, you'll own the AI-enabled, eCommerce-focused product agenda, leading a team of product managers and driving product decisions to scale across new geographies.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the PM org — hire to a high bar, manage multiple PMs across multiple product tracks simultaneously, develop the team so it compounds rather than just executes
- Sit close to revenue — work directly with sales, solutions, and client success on competitive positioning, retention, and new-logo requirements
- Own international expansion — product decisions that make the platform scale across new geographies, facility types, and operational models
Skills
- 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of shipping successful products
- Led a product org at scale in a complex environment
- Managed multiple PMs across multiple product tracks simultaneously
- Knows what a high hiring bar looks like
- Can go both wide and deep — not a pure strategist who can't get in the weeds, not someone who over-indexes on one product area while the rest falls behind
