Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our standards.
  • Follow-ups: Proactively follow up on missing information to facilitate the smooth processing of claims, communicating with relevant parties as necessary.
  • Invoice Review: Review invoices for accuracy, identifying any discrepancies or issues that could delay claim processing.
  • Reporting: Compile and generate reports from our systems, providing insights and data necessary for further processing and analysis.

Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience, preferably in a related field such as data entry, customer service, or administration.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in typing and using software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
