[Remote] Workato Integration & Automation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Highbrow Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Workato Integration & Automation Consultant with a strong consulting mindset. The role involves combining hands-on integration expertise with business advisory skills to improve operational efficiency through automation.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable integration solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Build enterprise integrations and AI-enabled automation workflows
- Act as a trusted advisor to guide automation strategy and best practices
- Troubleshoot enterprise integration issues and provide production support
Skills
- 5+ years of enterprise integration or iPaaS experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Workato platform, including Recipes, Connectors, and WorkBots
- 3+ years of experience integrating SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP BTP with third-party applications
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, Webhooks, and data transformation
- Experience integrating SAP using APIs, IDocs, and event-driven architectures
- 2+ years of experience building AI/ML-assisted workflows such as: Intelligent ticket classification, NLP-based routing, Knowledge Base retrieval automation
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes, ticket lifecycle management, and SLA frameworks
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise integration issues and production support
- Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing consulting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Workato Automation Pro Certification
- Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite
- Experience with MuleSoft
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies including LangChain and OpenAI APIs
- Experience supporting Application Management Services (AMS) environments
- Experience working with global enterprise SAP landscapes
