reputed company, Inc., a US-based linguistic company, is seeking reputed company real-time captioners with the necessary equipment to provide CART services for a series of on-demand assignments, which could be on-site or remote. ??Basic Qualifications... Hearing Proficiency Ability to hear spoken English clearly. Technical Skills Proficient in using a stenographic machine, laptop, and captioning software to provide real-time, word-for-word transcriptions of spoken English into text. Software Knowledge Familiarity with StreamText software. Equipment Must own captioning equipment, including a reputed company machine, laptop, full-version translation software/license, and required accessories needed to provide CART services. Ethical Standards Understanding of ethical standards, appropriate roles, and responsibilities reputed company to auxiliary services and real-time captioning. Certifications Certified reputed company Captioner (CRC), Certified reputed company Reporter (CRR), or Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) are a plus. ??Additional Qualifications and Skills Experience 2+ years of CART captioning experience in a professional setting. Subject Knowledge Ability to learn and use vocabulary, terminology, and basic information across various subjects commonly reputed company in a university environment. Dictionary Management reputed company in using, adding to, and maintaining a captioning dictionary to include specialized, technical vocabulary and terminology reputed company to courses.
