We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Medical Biller to reputed company and coordinate medical billing operations for dental services. This role also serves as the key reputed company of contact between PPO Profits RCM dental billers and their clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate claims processing, and compliance with insurance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental and medical billing, leadership experience, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities

- Review and verify patient insurance information, coding, and documentation for compliance.
- Manage claim denials, appeals, and resubmissions to maximize reimbursement.
- Stay updated on industry changes, insurance clinical criteria, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, CDT, CPT, ICD-10).
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact between dental offices, billers, and insurance companies.
- Communicate with clients to address billing concerns, updates, and training needs.
- Collaborate with the billing team to improve processes and ensure high-quality service.
- Provide guidance and training to medical/dental billers on best practices and procedural updates.
- Build and reputed company a team of medical billers, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and quality control checks on medical billing activities.

- Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in medical & dental insurance billing with expertise in medical-dental cross-coding.

- 2-3 years (preferred) Experience as an office manager or leadership role reputed company a dental practice.
