Sales Automation & Outreach Specialist (B2B Lead Gen) (Remote)

This is a remote position. How You’ll Make a Difference Fueling the Sales Engine: You will seamlessly manage and monitor 20+ active client outreach accounts daily. You will seamlessly toggle between different client profiles and industries. Hunting the Perfect Match: You will use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to build highly targeted lead lists. You will base these lists on strict ideal client profiles. Driving Conversations to Bookings: You will write concise, engaging, direct-response copy for DMs and emails. You will execute daily campaigns to nurture conversations and drive prospects toward booked appointments. Safeguarding the Data: You will maintain absolute data hygiene inside the company CRM. You will update contact records, track KPIs, and set up simple automations to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

Requirements

Is This You? You are a proactive driver: You do not wait to be told what to do. You independently investigate and solve the problem if an automation breaks or a campaign underperforms. You have a distinct sales mindset: You understand the psychology of sales and can persuade through text without needing a phone call. You have a high sense of urgency and thrive in fast-paced environments. You are highly analytical: You respect SOPs and understand that automation is unforgiving. You triple-check your logic and have zero tolerance for sloppy CRM data or typos in your messaging. Tech-Savvy: You are highly comfortable using AI tools and prompting AI to enhance your workflow. You possess deep knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms, and you are comfortable navigating CRMs and setting up simple CRM automations. Your Home Office: You prefer asynchronous deep work over back-to-back Zoom meetings and are ready to dedicate yourself full-time on a strict daily schedule to this freelance engagement. You thrive in an environment where precision is mandatory.
