Sales Director | Aviation Aftermarket | Rotables & Components
We are supporting a specialist aviation aftermarket platform in the search for a Sales Director to drive commercial growth across the USA. This role is focused on developing airline, MRO and aviation aftermarket relationships, with a particular emphasis on airframe rotables, component solutions and long-term customer partnerships. We're particularly interested in candidates who already have an established network within the USA airline and MRO market and can quickly identify and convert commercial opportunities. Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with airlines, MROs and other aviation aftermarket customers
- Identify, pursue and secure new component and rotable sales opportunities
- Expand existing accounts and increase customer share-of-wallet
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales cycle through to completion
- Monitor market activity and customer demand to support business growth initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience selling airframe rotables, LRUs, components or USM solutions
- Strong network across airlines, MROs and aviation aftermarket stakeholders
- Demonstrable success winning and developing customer accounts within the aviation aftermarket sector
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
