Sales Director, Built Environment - Origin Landscapes

The Sales Director - Built Environment is responsible for leading and delivering the sector sales strategy to drive revenue growth, maximise gross profit, and inspire a high-performing sales team. The role plays a key part in shaping market direction, building strategic relationships, and ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. Main Responsibilities Design and implement sector sales strategies aligned with overall business goals. Lead, develop, and manage the sector sales team to ensure high performance and engagement. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborate with marketing, category, and commercial teams to deliver an effective go-to-market strategy. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure market competitiveness. Own customer pricing strategy across all segments in collaboration with the Commercial team. Lead engagement on key “must win” projects and strategic opportunities. Oversee sales forecasting and contribute to the S&OP process. Represent the business at industry events and external organisations to influence the sector landscape. Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values. Skills Required: Proven track record in driving sales growth and revenue generation. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to execute commercial plans. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting at senior level.
