Salesforce Developer - REMOTE

W2/C2C Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Responsibilities-

• Responsible for developing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions.
• Technical leadership, setting best practices, including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
• Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling rapidly.
• Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and update existing applications/code.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented.
• Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations.

Skills-

• Experience writing Apex classes and triggers.
• 6+ years of experience with Apex and LWC development.
• Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
• Technical project management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• 4+ years of demonstrable experience in software development.
• Working experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies.
• Creating technical documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and design documents.
• Defining and communicating best practices for application development, integration, deployment, and testing.
• Developing and maintaining custom applications using Apex, LWC, and other technologies
