About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager to lead Agile delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove delivery blockers, and drive projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex migration, modernization, or cloud transformation initiatives while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring timely project delivery Track Agile metrics, including sprint velocity, burndown, and delivery progress Manage backlogs, dependencies, and blocker resolution Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Prepare delivery reports and communicate project status to stakeholders Support migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives Utilize Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools to manage project delivery Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and aggressive delivery timelines Strong experience with: Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives Agile Delivery Tracking, Velocity, and Burndown Reporting Dependency Management and Blocker Resolution Backlog Management and Delivery Reporting Cross-Functional Team Coordination Experience supporting migration, modernization, or cloud transformation projects Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification Experience supporting large-scale application or database migration programs
