Job Summary The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile practices within a team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and helping the team deliver high-quality products efficiently. This role serves as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader who removes impediments and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Strong Agile experience is required
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint planning
- Sprint reviews
- Sprint retrospectives
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices
- Remove obstacles and impediments that may impact team progress
- Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Ensure transparency in team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts)
- Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment
- Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops
- Help the organization adopt and improve Agile maturity
