Scrum master with healthcare Exp Jd- The SAFe Scrum Master coordinates and coaches up to two Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) Scrum delivery teams organized in an Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring all activities follow the principles of the Scrum and SAFe frameworks. The Scrum Master will work with teams to iteratively and incrementally deliver value. The Scrum Master drives their team s preparation for PI Planning as well as the resultant execution of their commitments. The Scrum Master creates an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability, and collaboration in program activity planning and execution. The two EIP Scrum delivery teams deliver work that requires significant coordination and dependency management across teams both within and external to EIP. The Scrum Master will be responsible for driving the proactive identification of those dependencies, documenting them in the system of record and managing them so that the teams can efficiently and effectively deliver their committed work on time.
