What do we need from you? We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer for our international team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and implementing server-side logic, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components and third-party services. What you will be doing Develop and maintain our company’s backend services Participate in the decision-making and planning processes Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide API endpoints, and deliver features that meet the overall team and project objectives Create and challenge architecture, code and product managers. What we are looking for 5 years of experience Proficient in TypeScript (or PHP and willing to learn TypeScript) Experience with AWS services, Serverless (Typescript) and Event-driven architecture is a big plus Testing, CI (unit, integration) Relational and document based databases You use AI tools strategically while maintaining full ownership of your code Desire to be involved in refining features, design and code architecture You value team spirit and collaboration You have a passion for coding and love tech in general You are self-driven and easily take responsibilities You have an opinion and are willing to share it You are curious and eager to learn Good English speaking and writing level What we offer Experience the best of both worlds with our flexible work arrangement (full remote or hybrid). 25 days of annual vacation leave plus 10 days of fully paid sick leave.
