Senior DevOps Consultant
Senior DevOps Consultant (Freelance / Invoice-Based) | Remote · Israel We're looking for a battle-tested DevOps expert to join us to our new business unit as a part-time consultant on an ongoing basis. What we need: You've run large scale Kubernetes clusters in production, not just deployed it, but owned it through incidents, scaling events, and the hard architectural calls that keep things running at 3am. Now you're at the stage where you enjoy sharing that knowledge. Your role with us: Mentor our internal DevOps team, helping them level up through real work Review our infrastructure and architecture decisions and help us plan how to execute Be a trusted second opinion when we're facing a fork in the road
Requirements
You're a great fit if: You have 10+ years in DevOps/infrastructure with significant hands-on Kubernetes in production (large scale, networking, operators) You've seen what good looks like - and what "we'll fix it later" turns into You're based in Israel and comfortable working on an invoice/freelance basis You communicate clearly and enjoy teaching, not just doing Engagement: A few days monthly, ongoing retainer or hourly-based - let's talk.
