About the Role

Our client, a reputable management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Improvement Consultant to join their fully remote team. This role is centered on enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving measurable improvements in client performance across various business functions. You will work with clients remotely to diagnose performance gaps, develop data-driven strategies, and implement solutions that optimize processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical toolkit and a passion for helping organizations achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of client performance, identifying key drivers of success and areas for improvement. Develop tailored strategies and action plans to enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic alignment. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure current state and track progress towards desired outcomes. Design and implement process improvements, leveraging methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Lead and manage remote project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and delivery of results. Facilitate virtual workshops and client meetings to gather insights and drive consensus on recommendations. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and expected impacts. Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering their development in performance improvement methodologies.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in performance improvement consulting, operational excellence, or a similar role, with a strong analytical focus. Proven track record of successfully diagnosing performance issues and implementing effective solutions. Expertise in process analysis, optimization techniques, and data-driven decision-making. Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their application across different business functions. Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with data analysis tools and collaboration platforms suitable for remote work. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a remote setting. Demonstrated ability to influence and guide client organizations through change.
