Senior Product Legal Counsel
About the role: You will be the primary legal partner for Product, Engineering and Growth teams across Printful, Printify, and SnowCommerce — embedded in the product development cycle from concept through launch and iteration. Your daily tasks will include: Advise business teams on the legal implications of new features across the full development lifecycle, with particular focus on AI-driven features, merchant-facing tooling, storefronts and platform integrations. Monitor, identify and analyse regulatory and compliance requirements and their implications across key jurisdictions (US, EU and others) and translate them into clear, actionable product guidance where applicable. Draft, review, and refine product-related contractual provisions and terms of service that govern how external parties interact with platforms ensuring consistency with functionality, customer facing statements and regulatory requirements. Bridge Product, Engineering, Growth and Legal by establishing standardized processes and risk assessment frameworks so that legal input scales with product velocity. Work cross functionally maintaining consistent, proactive communication with stakeholders so that legal considerations surface early, mitigation strategies are proposed and decisions are well documented. Contribute to the Legal team’s process improvements to support business growth.
