Key Responsibilities

  • Data Verification and Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous data validation protocols to ensure information integrity. Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors and take appropriate corrective action following careerzynith's established procedures.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all data entry activities, including processing times, error rates, and corrective actions taken. Prepare regular reports on data quality metrics as requested by management.
  • Collaborative Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics coordinators, customer service representatives, and financial analysts to ensure data consistency across departments and systems.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, adhering to careerzynith's data protection policies and all relevant regulatory requirements. Ensure all data remains secure throughout the processing lifecycle.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve data entry processes, implement best practices, and enhance overall efficiency while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Compliance and Adherence: Strictly follow careerzynith's standard operating procedures, data governance policies, and industry compliance standards relevant to logistics and transportation data.
  • Training and Development: Stay current with system updates, new data entry technologies, and changing industry requirements. Participate actively in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar administrative role, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience handling high-volume data entry tasks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheet applications (particularly Microsoft Excel with advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation), and document management systems.
  • Typing Skills: Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a minimum requirement of 65 words per minute with 99% accuracy.
