Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Administrator – ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, CMDB Experience: 4–8 Years Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Remote Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator with strong expertise in ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, SAM Pro, and ITAM modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and network teams to enhance Configuration Management and Asset Management processes across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components Configure and optimize CMDB and Discovery solutions Build Discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and patterns Troubleshoot Discovery-related issues involving credentials, network access, and firewall settings Develop workflows, business rules, catalog items, UI policies, and client scripts Manage MID Server configurations and performance optimization Support ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, and ITAM implementations Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams and stakeholders Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes Required Skills: 4+ years of IT experience 3+ years of ServiceNow Development experience Strong expertise in: ITOM Discovery CMDB ITSM SAM Pro ITAM Hands-on experience with MID Servers Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting knowledge Understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments Experience troubleshooting Discovery issues Preferred Skills: CSDM knowledge AngularJS / Bootstrap REST/SOAP integrations ITIL Certification ServiceNow CSA/CAD Certification
