Their services focus on segmentation, campaign optimization, and revenue diversification for businesses looking to monetize existing customer relationships. ✍ Short Description: The SMS Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize SMS marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy. This role is responsible for launching and maintaining campaigns end-to-end, configuring the technical infrastructure that supports delivery, monitoring performance, and resolving issues independently. The position requires a strong foundation in digital marketing and campaign operations, and is well-suited for someone with hands-on SMS or email marketing experience who is comfortable owning projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. 🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only) 🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST 😀 Start Date: ASAP 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary in USD Remote-first flexibility. Work from anywhere. PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities: Launch, manage, and continuously optimize SMS marketing campaigns to meet performance and deliverability standards. Configure and maintain campaign infrastructure including domains, DNS settings, and hosting environments such as cPanel. Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery or technical issues, and resolve problems independently and efficiently. Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports using Excel to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and identify ongoing workflow optimization opportunities. 💡 Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in SMS marketing, email marketing, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing. Experience with campaign tracking, pixels, tracking links, and end-to-end campaign setup. Working knowledge of domains, DNS management, and hosting environments such as cPanel. Proficiency in Excel for campaign reporting and performance analysis.
