Social Media Content Creator & Manager (Full-Time, Remote – Mexico)

We host live events, masterminds, coaching programs, and private communities focused on helping entrepreneurs raise capital, grow their businesses, and build meaningful industry relationships. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team full-time. This role will be responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and managing content across multiple social media platforms while helping expand the HERO brand and community. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, skilled in video editing and content creation, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This person must also be willing and able to travel to the United States for company events and content production. ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

  • Create and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Edit short-form videos including Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.
  • Create graphics, promotional materials, and social media assets using Canva or similar tools.
  • Write compelling captions, headlines, and social media copy.
  • Repurpose event recordings, Zoom meetings, podcasts, presentations, and interviews into engaging content.
  • Develop content that aligns with company marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain the content calendar.
  • Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide reporting.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Event Content Production

  • Attend company events in the United States as needed.
  • Capture photos, videos, testimonials, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Produce same-day and next-day event recap content.
  • Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, members, and attendees to create engaging event coverage.
  • Assist with livestreams and event media production when necessary.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and planning sessions.
  • Help maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of social media management and content creation experience.
  • Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Proficiency with Canva or equivalent design software.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup.

Travel Requirements

  • Must be able to travel to the United States for company events and content production.
  • Valid passport required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary travel documentation and visa status for business travel to the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 4–8 times per year.
  • Travel expenses including airfare, hotel accommodations, and approved transportation will be covered by the company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience filming and editing live event content.
  • Photography and videography experience.
  • Experience with podcast production.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate, entrepreneurship, investing, or business education industries.
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.
