Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams

- Collaborating with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure student success
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Utilizing positive behavioral supports and intervention strategies
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth
- Participating in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
