The Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional cloud transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be cloud certified (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and have extensive experience in managing large technical programs. You will lead programs in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The Main Responsibilities Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field Masters degree is a plus 8+ years of program management experience in technologydriven organizations Familiarity with cloud technologies Azure AWS GCP Certifications are highly preferred Familiarity with multicloud environments and hyperscaler ecosystems 2+ years of recent experience with cloud migrations required Strong understanding of software development life cycle SDLC methodologies including Agile Scrum and Waterfall Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with high complexity and interdependencies Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail Experience with program management tools such as JIRA Confluence Smartsheet or equivalent Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills PMP PgMP or Agile certifications are a plus What We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent eduaction and related experience Broad expertise and training in program and project management methods (waterfall & agile), and a strong business accumen 10+ years related experience Preferred: Master’s degree with 8+ years related experience PMP Certification, Scrum Master Certification, Advanced Project Management Degree (Master’s Cert)

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges $132,232 - $160,310 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY $138,844 - $168,124 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI $145,456 - $176,400 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
