As a Conversion ML PM at Liftoff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy for our neural-net powered machine learning system, Cortex, which is built to predict users’ responses to ads across different verticals and campaign goals. Responsibilities

Develop new ideas to improve our machine learning platform and models Develop experimentation plans via brainstorming, market research, and deep analysis Work with a world class team of engineers who are strong in both machine learning and software engineering Continuously adapt the product roadmap to new data and findings that arise frequently when working with a complex machine learning driven system Requirements 3+ years of experience working closely with software and machine learning engineers and shipping technical data driven products 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a Master or 3 years with a PhD. A strong mathematics, computer science, and/or machine learning background Solid analytical reasoning and cost-benefit analysis Strong data analysis and visualization skills SQL and basic proficiency with a scripting language (e.g. Python, R) Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in analytics, mobile advertising, or machine learning at scale is a plus. Compensation: Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate's location and experience.
