Job Description:

- At least 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a reputed company leadership role
- Strong understanding of paid advertising, branding, funnels, outbound marketing, CRM, automation, and reputed company reputed company
- Proven ability to create marketing strategies that connect business goals with practical execution
- Experience analyzing key growth metrics such as ROI, CAC, conversion rates, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or coordinating cross-functional marketing teams
- Experience working with multiple businesses, brands, clients, or industries
- Background in an agency, startup, consulting, or fast-growth business environment preferred
- Experience leading marketing teams that include media buyers, creatives, SDRs, virtual assistants, and freelancers preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and modern growth systems
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand different industries, customer segments, and reputed company models quickly
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently present strategy to clients, executives, or business owners
