As a Systems Engineer, you will:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term lifecycle evaluation of our core network and security environments.
- Manage and maintain Cisco Security Infrastructure, including Firewalls, Secure Network Analytics, Identity Services Engine (ISE), and Umbrella/ Cisco Secure Access SASE.
- Manage Corelight NDR infrastructure.
- Oversee Network and Firewall visibility products, specifically FireMon and NetBrain.
- Evaluate and drive the infrastructure lifecycle for all the technologies listed above.
- Apply technical assistance in design, development, and implementation of the security related infrastructure.
- Work with technical staff to understand and resolve complex infrastructure issues where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation of various environments.
- Create and update documentation for existing security infrastructure.
- Design a comprehensive documentation repository and infrastructure.
- Act as a liaison between customers and vendors to gather requirements.
- On-call schedule and weekend work is required.
