What You'll Do:

• Perform residential and/or commercial Texas title searches and examinations.
• Review deeds, mortgages, judgments, tax records, probate filings, and other public records.
• Analyze chains of title and identify title defects, requirements, and exceptions.
• Prepare accurate title commitments, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve title issues, curative matters, and underwriting requirements.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding title findings and requirements.
• Maintain production goals while ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of Texas title search and examination experience REQUIRED.
• Proficiency with TitleData.
• Strong understanding of Texas real estate and title insurance practices.
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions, recorded documents, and title-related records.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience with curative processes and underwriting requirements.
• Experience with SoftPro and/or Integrity title plant is preferred.
