As part of our growing team, we re seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant (Transportation) to support our operations and ensure seamless logistics for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support the Transportation Department. Process orders, track shipments, and ensure all load information is documented accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, drivers, and team members to coordinate schedules and updates. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems using Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Adapt to varying tasks and priorities based on operational needs. Qualifications: Required: Administrative assistant experience, ideally in logistics or transportation. Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally bend, twist, or lift up to 15 lbs. Preferred: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Position Details: Hours: Monday Friday, 4:00 PM 9:00 PM, with weekend availability as needed. Location: This is a hybrid remote role requiring candidates to be based in or relocate to St. Louis, MO 63102 before starting. What We Offer: Competitive pay ($20.00 $23.00 per hour).
