- Define and lead treasury operations as the company’s first dedicated treasury hire

- Monitor and report daily cash positions across all legal entities
- Develop and implement short- and long-term cash forecasting models
- Manage daily borrowing and funding needs across subsidiaries
- Consolidate unused cash and optimize investment strategies
- Evaluate financing and investment risk across banking partners
- Monitor and maintain debt covenant compliance and related reporting
- Support the development of a currency risk hedging program
- Assist in renewing and managing the credit facility revolver
- Collaborate with the tax team on international funding and repatriation strategies
- Partner with the M&A team to model pro forma leverage on acquisitions What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of treasury management experience
- Strong experience with treasury systems and cash management tools
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and treasury platforms Additional Perks And Benefits
