Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments for clients. Maintain accurate and organized client records. Assist clients with filling out necessary paperwork and obtaining necessary information. Educate clients reputed company offered by the College of Veterinary Medicine. Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner. Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth and efficient client visits. Maintain a clean and organized reputed company desk area. Process client payments and handle financial transactions. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pet's health and treatment plans. Follow up with clients after appointments to ensure their satisfaction. Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients. reputed company up-to-date with the latest veterinary practices and procedures.
